how bout a refresh option so if a question goes unanswered, a user can move the post back to the top of the list.

I think it's perfectly clear, Dot. You've started celebrating already. haven't you? Hope you're having a good time and I wish you, and peanut, of course, a wonderful 2006.

The idea's nice peanuts but maybe not practical. But how about a section where unanswered threads could go and when they do have an answer are automatically posted to the top of the relevant category? I think threads can often be overlooked by members and this would be a way of being jolted into answering.
