Warm?... warm?!... where are you jno, in bed? It's a paltry 6C here - nice 'n sunny though so that's some consolation I suppose.
I watched Ladies neti, it was good but I think it's in danger of going ridiculous. Enjoyed Joanna Lumley on the Nile...there's just something about the light in Africa that even on the television looks beautiful.

Have been to the Big City to get daughter's residencia - horray, she is legal again! Pouring down here although not too chilly. Used my free bus pass, am chuffed to bits to get something for free! We had a nice cafe con leche and croissant and am now back home where I belong, great jetsetter that I am!

Eh up mi ducks. I'm back from My morning out. Had broccoli and cream cheese bake with salad for my lunch. It has now gone very cloudy over here. Unlike yesterday in Bridlington. The sun shone from the minute we drove into the town and stayed all day. Not a cloud in the sky well perhaps the odd one. We had a good walk along the coast to a village called Sewerby (unfortunate name). We had the usually fish and chips lunch being in the North East coastal area. Well actually I had Pineapple fritter and chips (as I had fish the day before)and my sister and her niece had the fish. I even spoilt myself and had an ice cream cone with vanilla. It was a grand relaxing day by the sea. Even the coach ride there and back was good.
I quite enjoyed Joanna Lumley's programme but she does prat about a bit. And my goodness doesn't she fancy the men fawning all over her. But the scenery and everything else kept me watching it.
Not much on tonight - well I can't see anything special to watch. Any suggestions?

Thanks shaney for that link, but being the infidel that I am, I am not allowed to view it as I am outside of England!! It's not on my site yet and I think two weeks before is the cut-off date but hey ho no probs. Have Foyle to watch tonight. btw, who was that lady In Frost? Where have I seen here before, was she in Doctors ages ago and married to (in the play) Chris timothy?
