It's . peeing down here...typical ..and there seem to be lots of visitors in the town for the weekend. Miss.Marple was very good Robinia . Colonel Mustard did it ...in the kitchen.

Lawnmowers...we have just bought a Bosch -Qualcast Power Trak.34.... Tescos � 89.99.It 's very good ..got a grassbox and is easy to push along.

Hello Biddymates everybody sounds happy today even though some of you aren't feeling ever so well. I'm fed up - don't know where any of my family are. Fell asleep watching the snooker last night and recorded Marple so pleeeease don't tell me who dun it!!!

Lawn mowers - I've got a Flymo - one that is supposed to compress the grass in the box but I had that much grass I had to empty it every 5 mins.

Just heard from one of my sons - says he'll be round in a bit - so I'll have to stop in now and wait. Could be hours - knowing him. (Who's a miserable sod then...I think it's me - sorry )

jno we did have an outside bathroom until a few years ago - wouldn't dare go out after dark, unless I woke hubby first. Also had to hand pump the water, 300 pumps for a day, (not flushing every time) and really conserving water. Now we are all mod cons so am a bit wasteful. Lovely sunny day here, so hopefully the same for gessoo.

Done some more gardening, I think you biddies have made me feel guilty.Son's been in his new car, said he thought he might sell it he says he's spending more time worrying about it. (kids playing and the rest)Took it round Donington Park on Sat. (He actually stayed here for about an hour - which surprised me).

Just popped in to say goodnight all.. hope you have all had a good day. I have done B all and this berth of mine looks as if it's been through a ten force gale on the high seas. But I am off out in the morning to a garden centre to see if I can get some Tom Thumb tomato plants and then call in on my aunt on the way back .So that's clearing up on the back boiler yet again.I am beginning to wonder what that square thing is in the kitchen ..I think it's a table !

ah, a nice sunny day (so far). The robinia at the bottom of the garden is producing leaves. The Farewell Trollop is sailing past meadows of traditonal lurid yellow rapeseed. Hopefully neti is off the pot... all is well with the world.

Phew, life's a mucky business..... been clearing out me back passage.....don't look at me like that, it's the bit twixt back door & garden door..... It becomes a bit of a catch-all & gets very dusty ....found some freesia bulbs I'd forgotten to plant last yr but they still look fresh so I'll pop them into a tub.

Howdy folks - yippee I am Ok today in that department if you see what I mean, but feel very slow and lazy. Can old age come on suddenly from one day to another? No energy for Spring Cleaning which I normally love.
