Yoo-hoo, is this the portal to the realm of the faeries...? (...as it says in that hawthorn piece.) I must have missed you by a fraction last time I checked the AB last night
jno, but belated thanks, that was an interesting article. I'll pass it on to my sister. "By oak, ash and thorn" is a beautiful spell.
Aargh, YouTube won't let me watch the Duffy! "This video is not available in your country" it says! (Is it because they're afraid our prime minister would do his own version of that one too...?) Which one was it,
Robinia, so far Mercy and Warwick Avenue have been the only hits here./ Ain't that the truth what you say about the peculiar legitimacy of religion. When I was a wee young vegetarian and asked to be served veggie food on a regular basis in the chow hall at the hospital where I worked I was asked to produce a medical certificate - unless of course I wouldn't eat meat for religious reasons, in which case I wouldn't have to have someone support my decision. Knowing me I raised hell of course, demanding to know just exactly what that certificate was supposed to certify, and in the end they realized
they didn't even know what they meant...! Well anyway I believe we are all God, not individually, but together. And not yet, but potentially. We have such a longing for God we are bound to create him sooner or later. I'm not being flippant or anything, this is what I really believe.
And now for something completely different. (Thank you John Cleese.) I never know how to spell "aargh" so to write the above paragraph I looked it up again for the umpteenth time, and found
the aargh page This is my kind of research!
Vinny I miss you like hell.
