(which I shouldn't have to do), my daughter has recently returned to using AB, she got fed up of other users ignoring her posts but jumping on her lack of correct spelling and grammar, she puts up her first thread for months, and within two replies she gets criticised again. Like myself, she has a tongue in cheek attitude as regards her own contribution to this site, this has again made her think she shouldn't bother with AB. It is a pity, she does noone any harm and is a cheerful girl who brightens people's day. Can I suggest that there is a bit more tolerance on this site? Save the aggression for the wind -up merchants eh? (my daughter is peachy3 by the way)

kick is just great, that's what most people use :o) I might shorten yours to Bother or is that cheeky?
I've never had an alias on here, anything I need to say I say as me, but did think about trying something like Octavius did, tho not sure I could disguise my style adequately enough to fool anyone but the dimmest lol, so never bothered. I'd much prefer it if only one username was allowed, then no one can be accused of anything, or use multiple usernames to report/ban those they dislike, or to stir up any trouble then hide from the flak. But hey....Mrs AB Ed and her team know best (morning Mrs Ed!! xx)

You can call me bother if you want, I'm only Oh Bother because I couldn't think of anything and then my mother in law dropped a cup on her toe and just said oh bother, It bled, I think i would have said a lot worse, it made me chuckle I have to admit.

Well thanks everyone. kick, I can assure you that my Mrs O cannot make homemade macaroons.

And dotty I would never call myself a dimbot (thats a new one on me) and my alias greenie has long gone. I couldn't be bothered with using two user names at once it would confuse me let alone anyone else.

I think this last week that AB has improved somewhat, so lets just sit back, enjoy it and keep up the good workd.
