Ok I have a suggestion/comment. The 'AB Asks' thing, despite all the moany users having a rant at first! Now seems to be going well. But there was a post in there saying the topics should be more 'pressing' (although it seems to have disappeared now) I think they are a good choice of topics. What does everyone else think? If yo disagree what topics do you think we should be 'Asked'?

oh ok yeah sorry, with you now! well i think the topics have been ok so far? nothing fantastic but seem to have had good responses. x
It was my answer that AB Editor removed. Must have posted in the wrong category! Though my posting was in direct relevance to AB Asks question "Beer Goggles Formula" in the "Body & Soul Section" http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Q uestion364106.html (which I understand was recently reported by the BBC). My post was as follows:

QUOTE
QUESTION:
...do you think that this sort of question is useful? Or should AB Asks concentrate on researching more pressing issues?

POLL:
A. Yes, it serves a social and scientific purpose
B. It's no big deal, AB Asks can research what they want
C. No, questions like this are a waste of time and money

Question Author
It was prob more the fact it had nothing to do with beer goggles they seem quite strict on that! 1 of mine got taken out of a question to I'm guessing it was because it was irrelevant too
Yes, but should be kept in main topic, very hard to find in sub-categories.
I think as long as the question is not too stupid and it's something that someone might actually want to know. For example, wasn't there a book published called "Why don't penguine's feet freeze?"

It's a silly question, but if someone actually took the time to research the answer and put it in a book then there must be a lot of people wanting to know similarly unserious, but sometimes quite interesting questions, so maybe this is the place to answer them. :)
