Long serving AB users

Further to Tallulah's question about newbies... (the green part is to return, i know) Is it possible to give the long serving members a Motif of some kind next to their name that reads.... 'back in the day..' or

'I remember when this site ...' logo on it so the rest of us mere mortals are aware of who they are.

it would encourage people to answer more questions thats for sure, the date joined and maybe a post count would give people an idea of how long serving they are without elevating their status amongst their AB peers
