as the Ed pointed out at the start of this thread, he can't watch everyone. So he relies on transgressors being reported. If nosmo got reported, the Ed would then have been able to take whatever action he thought fit, which is his job.

The Ed has touched on the fact that there may be banned users using this forum but so long as they arent brought to his attention so to speak and they behave he isnt in a position to do anything -cue jth..........hmmmm cmon jack if youre the champion of banned users......
