What is the three-word main title of the first novel by an American female author to sell over one million copies worldwide? We've thought of Danielle Steele, but if anyone has any better suggestions? Many thanks.

Harriet Beecher Stowe wrote "Uncle Tom's Cabin" around the mid 1800's - don't know if this was her 1st novel, though, or the sales figures.  At least it's a three word title..!!
