Does anybody know the rest of this lullaby?

"Do You want the stars to play with?

or the moon to run away with?

They'll be yours if you don't cry"

All google has come up with is an album by a canadian indie band!!

Thanks

I love having a daughter, I always wanted a son, but for some reason I can't carry boys!

I can imagine the perfect peace of not having any kids to worry about!
Morning all...beautiful day again, hope it is where you are. Head's still nagging but manageable at the moment.
Enjoy the match Jude, at least you won't be in the freezing cold wind and rain today...With those neighbours I'd be tempted to start floating around the garden late at night with a sheet over me 'whooooo'...haha

...and I hope your doggy's ok woofy, maybe he's in shock at seeing the sun several days in a row.
oh lordy shaney, I'd never thought of my sons going through my drawers...I can just imagine Ozzy son.. 'Are these yours??!!' :o)...better find a daughter to adopt pdq.
Just laughed out loud at your ghostly comment Robi. They're still all curtains drawn at the mo. God only knows how their dog goes on. If it is locked in all night and day. Which it obviously is. It's not very kind on the dog. It needs a runaround doesn't it.

Woofy the lamp stays on all night but it is round the back in the car park so doesn't disturb me as I sleep in the front.

Chips are nearly done so I'm off. See yer later 'gater(s)

hello all, Neti I have no kids to worry about so I worry about DH and the dogs instead lol. Shughy has perked up so that's okay..he really is a tired ar*e. They spent most of yesterday running round in the garden i guess he was just knackered....just had lunch, cold chicken and crisps, now the mess in the garage calls :-(
Hello biddies, I have been pottering in the garden and now can't stop sneezing and my eyes are on fire. Just popped a pill for hayfever and keeping my fingers crossed. The weather is beautiful, but it has brought its drawbacks achoooooo atchooo atchooooo!!!

Take care of yourself Robi. Hope the headache clears soon.

I have never wanted a daughter and if I had another one would have wanted another son, but we decided not to have another one.

I suppose a grown up one would be very nice now, because yes, as Shaney says, men are fine, but they don't think of all the little things. I suppose I am lucky in that I have a very nice DinL (if I can call her that - it's easier). She lost her mum when she was 15 and struggled with being left with Dad and two older brothers - poor girl. She had to grow up very quickly. She's a lovely girl though and I do love her. He is very lucky (but so is she!!)

I don't have any ghostbusters next door, but I do happen to have a couple of trolls. Do ghost busters exterminate Trolls do you think!!

See you later. I am off to sift some more soil!! How very exciting!!

xxxxxx
Hi folks
Lovely sunny day here and I've got my lawn mowerer here too. ( Picky) Bless.
He's done a god job but he's out there now with a hedge / shrub trimmer thingy and it's making a lot of noise .Daren't look :) I expect everything will get shorn to within an inch of it's life but mustn't moan as we can't do all that heavy work any more .
I'll have to feed and water him soon so toodlepip for now and have a nice weekend everyone xxx

my heritage tomato seed arrived today..black ones green ones and stripey ones, also some cherry pepper seeds...going to be self sufficient this year.
Send him over here please, shaney!!
Question Author
Neti, I'll send you the boys, we have no lawn and few shrubs left. Poor babes are flaked out....we have the garden doors open all day now it's warm and they are missing about 80% of their daytime kip.
Evening all. Just called in to say Goodnight to you.. I'm shutting up shop for the rest of the day. The footie was not too bad we got 2 goals in the last 5 mins of the first half but Coventry already had 2 so we only drew 2 - 2at the end of the match. Still I did enjoy it and had a good walk in the sunshine.
Sleep tight Everybiddy.
See yer later 'gater(s) xx

night night all...sleep well and have a good day tomorrow.
Night night

ah, the sun's out here... though not all the time... a bit too cool for swimming, alas, but I may sit in the sunshine and do sudokus. I hope everyone and their spouses are enjoying a bit of warmth for a change. Nothing like a long cold winter for making bad times seem worse.

ain't that the truth jno...nearly didn't go out this morning as shughy was sleepy again then just as I was nodding off he went "okay I'm awake now" so we went after all.
Its home made tandoori chicken for tea, all done and ready in the fridge..just need to decide between nan bread and salad or rice and vegetable curry.
Morning all, the ballet was wonderful, even my hija enjoyed it, I'll get her cultured if it's the last thing I do!

Hope you are all well and happy. I am ignoring woofy, hope her nose and bottom are sore!! (she knows!!) :-)

I want Mr N to get the pool up and running, but he insists on painting it all and it takes days, I can't wait, it is so warm here.

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday, glad shugy is feeling better, you were worried about him though weren't you woofy!
Question Author
Ha ha Neti, yes I was worried...you know what its like when a family member behaves out of character.
Morning tout le monde...sunny but a bit fresh at the moment, you could see your breath at the far end of the garden. I managed to potter about for an hour yesterday, it was just lovely, perfect temperature.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want a daughter instead of one of my sons, I'd have liked one as well as those two. I keep dreaming Tarquin's a young lad & hasn't any decent clothes or trainers & we've got to go shopping for him. :o( He was a nightmare at clothes buying (but great at helping with food!) & I dreaded it every time so when I woke up the first thing I thought was 'thank heaven for that'.. haha. Ozzy son was much better, from his mid teens he preferred to go off and chose something for himself and he had good taste.

Well I've got a load of washing chugging away, deep joy, which isn't very Sunday-ish but thanks to feeling lousy I'm about 3 days behind myself. I still keep going hot & cold.
KBO each, hope the sun's shining on you too.

Oh btw, I watched Mamma Mia last night (1st time)...I kept expecting the muppets to come dancing across the screen! :o)
