looking for a book title

i remember reading a book with a little old lady, there was a hotel by the seaside, she has been going there since a child, went with her mother, hotel is shutting down, murder of a rich man in a wheelchair, the reason for the murder was the rich mans company, there is an iceberg floating in the sea, on the cover of the book is an iceberg/old man/beach scene.

can anyone help with finding this book??
