Eyebrow threading

Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

so neti, will there be a Carnival at Eastbourne when you arrive? You should have no probs dealing your ibuprofen if so.

No jno. the carnival was in June, I did however help them with it, cos I complained last year, so they asked me how does Ibiza do it so I explained and sent vids and Eastbourne had a wonderful one this year!

Just watched two Audrey Hepburn films, she had a deviated septum like me, but it didn't stop her from being famous, so there must be another reason I am not!

no, aubergines go into moussaka round here. In fact it would be better if we just bought a moussaka plant and took it from there.

Goodish news from future d-i-l, her company likes her ideas and hopes to keep her on, even though the division where she works is folding.

Good morning everybiddy - today is the day! I am up early, couldn't find my meds, did finally! Just last minute washing to hang out and hopefully dry before I leave.

I will try to pop in when I am away but am not taking any laptops with me, respecting Mr N, so we'll have to sit in silence there too. Sister has a computer but one has to switch it on and off every time one uses it.

good morning, here in the south of England, we are braced for touchdown....
Rab is having a silly morning when any noise (bottle bank emptying in the next street, the breadmaker,) is scary. He is NEVER like this, not sure why he is today. I am chugging, knee is chugging.
Robi, all the stuff that doesn't get done will still be there when you feel like doing it.
Knee is making up its mind whether or not to sulk.
