Help! I have fine thin hair going grey... best shampoo please and is there a decent highlight type colour I can do at home? Thanks all

Living Proof for shampoo. got it for my mum when her hair was thinning after cancer treatment (she's fine now don't worry)

What's wrong with going grey?

About a year ago I discovered 'age perfect' hair colour, designed for greying hair, lots of different blond tones and great condition too
