Spots

My friend told me to put toothpaste on spots get rid of them. Does this work?

it dries them out but i read an article in a magazine by a beauty woman who said that its one of the worst things u can do! buy a witch stick (has tea tree in it) and use that instead

I used to swear by toothpaste.
I use sudocrem (sp?) the stuff you use on baby's bottoms, it does the trick, and it's so usefull for loads of other things too!

the best thing for spot si tea tree oil. never fails. it's pretty potent tho so only put it on with a cotton bud on the spot itself. i've smeared it over my chin before and ended up with a dried up chin. you only want to spot to dry up., it's great stuff tho. x

the best things for spots is.....your diet! cut out fat and chocolate and switch to fruit and veg and they have a much beeter effect for your skin
