total 23lbs lost couldn't believe it until I worked it out just over 3 weeks stunned and very pleased....

Lots still to lose...I have asked the ed about a weekly slimming club thread happy to keep the records etc... as yet no reply if more harass him it could be a bit like Redmans fantasy footie...something that ticks over and we can pop in and out of....

I hate the phrase nothing tastes as good as thin feels but the version nothing tastes as good as desirable feels is imbedded in my brain...so much as KFC appeals....no not for me... Treated myself to a large glass of irish whisky instead...

Not at all hopkirk - I was hospital visiting day and night at Hammersmith. Didn't have time/appetite to eat

Oh yes there are bad ways to lose it and you often do not notice it fall off, till someone tells you.

Hi tony - I didn't realise the hospital was next door to Wormwood Scrubs - nice place for my ciggie breaks, sat on the park bench and keeping an eye on the barbed wire!
