I have had a problem with my insulin levels for years and have been on medication. I have a problem with low blood sugar levels - they make me feel really ill.
It is a disease that has disastrous outcomes for many and I know that I have to try and lose at least some weight. I have done it before and could do so again.
I have suffered from bipolar disorder for so many years I can't remember how it feels to feel 'normal' and content and looking forward to the future. My brother and his family are coming up from England in a couple of weeks - maybe a couple of sibling battles with him will cheer me up. ;-)
