About 5 weeks ago i fell and didnt think i had injured myself untill last week when i started to have muscle cramps and pain around my ribcage. This makes me think i could have cracked a rib but if so why did it take so long to show up?
Pain came on 5 weeks AFTER an injury.......they don't sound connected.
How old are you? are you on any medication for an existing medical condition? have you been ding any unaccustomed exercise? How long does the pain last? What brings it on?
