Yeah as Greedyfly says, Bonjela is a good way to go as it a tablespoon of salt dissolved in hot water as a mouth rinse (though it can sting at first).
If you keep getting them continuously though I'd say its worth getting yourself checked out - unless a health care professional has already diagnosed you with recurrent problem, though I imagine that person would also have given you some advice on how to manage them.
It might be quite harmless but it could also be a symptom of another health problem.
Hi Gina
I've posted replies to similar questions before on here. I used to suffer with ulcers but was advised to try a six month course of vitamin B1 complex (over the counter from your chemist) - I haven't had one since and that was several years ago (hope I'm not tempting fate !). If you try it I hope it works for you. Good luck

I was reading something about mouth ulcers today, I threw it away... but it says they're quite normal, you can get them at time of the month, or if you bite your tongue accidentally. Ask your pharmacists if you're getting nowhere with the GP.
