My Mum is 90 years old, in a nursing home, and has now stopped eating and drinking and I have been told she doesn't have long.

How long can she live without drinking or eating?

At my wits end here, I'm so upset and its not even happened yet - its not helping with Christmas coming either :-(

Very sorry to read this Yelenots but at least you have the memories of the good times. These will console you in the days ahead.
Sorry to read that the inevitable has happened. Think of all the good times to get you through the next few weeks x
Thank you for your comments choux and yelenots, I am hoping mum will start to get her appetite back as we have persuaded her to eat little bits today, it isn't on purpose it is because she says she genuinely isn't hungry. Having said all that, my mum has been ready to 'go' for a while, she says we all live too long!!
