Voltarol rub. Expensive but it works.
naproxen worked for me.

(I bet that you look good on the dance floor)
Frozen peas!
. . . or a hot water bottle.

ouch, my sympathies. Mine is easing after about 4 months.
Doc prescribed codeine (was already on that anyway!) and Fenbid Gel
(cheaper than voltarol but unsure if you can get it over the counter)

Was also seeing a physio on an unrelated matter and she said physio dfoesn't always help but try some exercises and very gradually build up. Could take quite a while.

Havnt got frozen peas, will a tin of carrots do?
Seriously, thanks.
depends - if it's on the move that may mean your body is sorting itself out. But if it's staying where it is but expanding - personally I'd call in my osteopath and his magic hands. Painkillers relieve pain but don't solve the basic problem.

Had some Ibuprofen, but done b u99er all...
Get some Voltarol. You can use that and take Ibuprofen at the same time. It's a different drug.
Get under a very hot shower and let the water run down the affected area for as long as you can. Then painkillers or rub.

Thanks Tills.
If it aint one thing its another. Got to find a way to get to work and then find a way to actually work... ;-)
Oh, just checked that. Don't use Voltarol with Ibuprofen...I do and don't suffer any consequences.

Sceptic that I am, it seemed to have worked for my uncle as well.
However, I dont have the money at the moment to try alternative remedies...
How can you not have frozen peas, Nails. Everyone has frozen peas...but not everyone has a frozen shoulder.
Voltarol is a waste of money imo,any Ibroprufen Gel is just as good,£1.50 from Savers or Superdrug.
Charge per hour in Edinburgh £25 ,
Well worth it if you have the money.
And yes it does work.
you can have fake peas and keep them
