Any idea what can relieve a frozen shoulder?
Had it for over a week now and its creeping into my neck and upper spine now.
Thanks.

ouch, my sympathies. Mine is easing after about 4 months.
Doc prescribed codeine (was already on that anyway!) and Fenbid Gel
(cheaper than voltarol but unsure if you can get it over the counter)
Was also seeing a physio on an unrelated matter and she said physio dfoesn't always help but try some exercises and very gradually build up. Could take quite a while.
