//The Eatwell Guide recommends that people should aim to drink 6 to 8 cups or glasses of fluid a day. Water, lower-fat milk and sugar-free drinks, including tea and coffee, all count.//

I rarely feel thirsty and have to force myself to drink. My breakfast mug of tea lasts me until about 2pm and gets heated up in the microwave every time I decide to have a mouthful. My eldest son is worse than me and doesn't drink all day once he's drank his breakfast cup of tea. Then he wonders why he ends up in hospital in agony with kidney stones.
