which is the best way to get fit/??
i wud happily do exercise but i dnt hav the time for it...
one of my friends has bin taking protein tablets or fat strippers as they r more commonly known, would this build up muscle quickly or not/??
anything similar that may help like tablets would be useful...
and if u can would you be able to notifiy me of where i can get them or how much they are/??

They are known for becomming quite addictive. I have to agree that everyone can find time for a little bit of exercise, if you take the bus, trying walking instead. instead of going to the pub or sitting on the sofa watching t.v try doing something then. You could do exercise in you own home, you dont have to go to the gym. getting up that little bit earlier would also give you a bit of extra time, 20 minutes a day would still be better than nothing.
Google 'bodyweight exercises'.
Any exercise will make you sore initially.
Don't be afraid of building your workout up from what seems tiny weights.
Also, if you have made yourself sore for days afterwards, you have overtrained use this as a guideline.
Look on amazon for Pavel Tsatsouline and Stuart Mcrobert books. Both offer sensible advice. Don't bother with anything from bodybuilding magazines.
