Hey people. I am your average guy, maybe slightly overweight but fit enough to do all things. I have this want to be fitter, look better and have general better fitness. I just can never find the motivation to go to the gym or improve my diet. Any tips or help to maybe get my mind on the correct path??
get a mate to join with you , its a lot harder then to back out or just go for an evening walk for 25 minutes the air and the walk will do u good . or stick a photo of urself on the fridge x
take country side walks in your area, and maybe you would like to see more of it, so, increase your walk to a longer distannce, and just enjoy your surroundings. Go out on a walk one night and decide you will walk one lampost, and jog the next, then, walk one jog one, before youknow it you will be running marathons! you have the motivation to do it,now get off your ass:-)
