The Contraceptive Pill

This is the only contraception my boyf and I use cos he gets nervous when we try condoms. We were both virgins so it's completely safe but I missed a pill. I forgot to take the last pill in the pack (before my week break) on wednesday and didn't realise until i was clearing out rubbish in my room today. Since wednesday I've had sex at least three times. I don't know what to do now. My period came today but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm not pregnant does it? Should I be worried? Should I take my next pill on Wednesday instead of Thursday as usual and then just carry on as normal? Please offer any advice. Thanks xxx

you'll be fine, If i were you I'd carry on my pills as normal. If you want to be sure you can take a pregnancy test, but I am sure you'll be ok. I think the risk comes when you miss more than one or if you have diareah (cant spell it) and your overall protection is lowered. xx

you should be ok hun, if u are worried call your gp and ask to speak to the onsite nurse, a few times when i have been on antibiotics and got carried away i've called her and she was more than helpful

Carry on as normal and don;t worry for now.
Help your boyfriend with the condom issue, with practice he can do it.

If you got you're period you definetly can't be pregnant! Cause you would of missed a period if you were pregnant. Hope I helped xxxx
