How many sit ups would it take to tone my stomach up, and how often do you suggest I do them? It's already flat and you can see a slight outline of my abdominal mucles, but i'd like to make it a bit more defined :) I don't want a 6 pack or anything, just for it to be toned a bit more.
start off a little at a time, there are loads of tummy exercises not just sit-ups, coupla times a week, then add a bit more gradually and you'll soon tone up, dont do things too quickly

The only way to get that definition, is by reducing bodyfat. If you do lots of weight, your metabolism will increase and your bodyfat will be used as fuel. Healthy, low fat diet is required too.
