Heel Pain

On occasion I get a darting pain in my heel. Sometimes I get it when Im in bed and sometimes when I'm standing or even sitting. It's like a stab of a needle and comes & goes very suddenly. Anybody experience this?

Sounds like a pinched nerve.....circling your foot clock & anti-clockwise will help.
