Can anybody give me some tips how I can get rid of them, or at least get rid of the itching. I suffer terribly every year, just from the garden. They drive me insane.
Many thanks

You can get a sun cream with repellent in it or a spray. Get these from Supadrug or similar.
For the itching anti-histamine cream or if really bad, tablets.
Apparently, AVON skin so soft spray oil keeps them away. Google it & see what comes up
Marmite has been proved to help to... eating it I think....Google might help.
also ive rfead that drinking tonic water [ with your vodka of course] repels them
The best thing to get rid of itching is Eurax cream, available over the counter. I've been bitten to pieces last summer and the start of this summer and this was recommended by my pharmacist to relieve the itch
I thoroughly recommend the Avon Skin so Soft dry oil.

It helps me with my mosquito bites and it is not at all oily.
