All that effort for something -pity the nasty toxins couldnt find a better way to depart but hey ho :)

Anyone else detoxing ?
Whats your side effects if you are or when you do?

I dont weigh myself -just go by clothes.
Drinking copious amounts of water.
Muller light yoghurts (whiskas flavour is the best -yeuch)
Soup without pulses -as much as you want.
Normandy style fromage frais out Tesco -almost fat free and I either mix tuna sweetcorn and loads of mushrooms and season OR have it with red berries (from the freezer bit in Tesco) lush.
Rice Cake with a scape of extremely light soft cheese.
Veg veg fruit and more fruit.
No Alcohol (had a couple at weekend but cycled off the calories -didnt enjoy to be honest)
Green Tea supplements,Multi Vits,Iron and Milk Thistle (just to give my liver a helping hand to recover)
I'll just stick with that - I dont have all that every day -just choose from one or two of them.Seems severe -but its not you soon get in the swing of it.Ive covered almost everything -its just very low fat but a little carb and protein sneaking in just to balance it.
What diet are you following TB ?

I'm not following any plan as such but I'm sticking to around 1400 cals and low fat foods. Been doing it since 2nd week Jan so its paying off nicely. Hoping to lose another stone before I go back to work in April, then another stone after that to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Well done btw :o)

Yeah its all the badness coming out of your system.
I havent been maintaining a proper diet (not in the losing weight sense ) for months and months so when I start feeding my body with the proper food, abstaining from alcohol thereby flushing out the toxins I get spots -ive at least 8 on my face at the moment lol
Im really delighted !!
Mamya -im one of those people who has to reign themselves in periodically sadly :((
Wonder if i can find a link -its not a myth as it happens everytime I start a detox and i know of others who get massive plooks on their fissug :))
I'll be right back ............
(bet its an urban myth and its cos ive changed moisturiser lol)

haha Sqad -ive looked on a loads of sites and can link them but theres a load of guff you have to trawl through before it says that side effects are headaches due to caffeine withdrawal ( I cant take caffeine in any form),skin eruptions, fatique (havent had that as I do tend to stay in my kip for longer than I should -thats changing).
I'll c & p the appropriate part. Have to say once the spots/rash dies down my skin is glowing.

I'm doing this- http://theharcombediet.com/
I've lost 8lbs in less than 2 weeks....I'm eating REAL food (anything processed is not allowed)-fresh meat, poultry, and fish...loads of veggies...and I have plenty of energy. The purpose of the 'diet' (though it isn't really a diet) is to get rid of food intolerances, candida and hypoglycaemic...which in turn rids you of food cravings.....and I had a LOT of those!
