Sauna and steam room

My gym has a sauna and steam room, what is the correct way to use these facilities to benefit theskin?

my suggestion is to remove your cloths wear a towel around your privates if you are modest, go into the sauna sit down wait about 20 mins then leave,have a rool in the snow if you can find some or take a cold shower.

From what people have told me the sauna is to clean your skin it makes it dry and the steam room is to refresh your skin again.
