I have noticed the change and that comment from a bloke must carry some weight! Can't say about wot it does for the skin though.

I'm interested, cos we have a bottle in the kitchen, I brought it back, but to use in cooking - it's like extra virgin olive oil (same principle), to be used very sparingly and as a salad dressing.
I've heard that people put olive oil on the ends of their hair, too, so it must be much the same idea.
