Suggestions for sarnie fillings please

I am running out of ideas for sandwich fillings.

Any interesting ideas that do not involve "dry" fillings like, say, cheese would be most welcome.

Ideally things in mayo or "saucy" fillings are desired.

I just had a cheese and branston pickle toastie... It was yummy and the pickle is quite saucy :-)

Ummmm, have you tried chicken, bacon, sausage and stuffing in mayo? It's lovely. Like your recipe.

Not dry ? Shove a tablespoonful of Coleman's English mustard on the steak then when you shove it between two 'doorstop' bread slices spread with best butter.

Or you could substitute a good horseradish sauce (hot not sweet) for the mustard should you wish.

Asda do sandwich spreads to die for - cheese and onion, tuna and sweetcorn, corned beef and onion - all nice and juicy!

OG, Waitrose do a heavenly mustard and dill sauce which is fantastic with ham and beef.

Sausage and caramelised onions does sound mouthwatering. He'd probably ask for ketchup on that...!
