Ever since I got back from a skiing holiday, my knees have started playing up. There ok when im in a sqautted position but when push back up my knees go through alot of pain to do it and it doesnt seem to go away, I got back on the 19 february.
Also, whenever I get out the shower I notice some red spots over my arms, they dont hurt at all or anything but they always appear and stay for a few hours after my shower
Generally, if you are climbing stairs (coming out of a semi-squat), and you experience pain, it is due to patellofemoral pain syndrome. You can help yourself by strengthening your quads. If you experience pain going down stairs (entering a semi-squat), you may have a torn meniscus. That would require arthroscopic surgery to provide a resolution to your pain.
