I've been taking this for about 2 months and have noticed a difference! Dont feel as tired (early nights help that too), I've started eating plenty more fruit and veg. Feel great in myself as I was feeling simialr to you Don't know if this helps but might be worth a try!! You can buy it from health stores such as Holland and Barrett.
Fina, I don't know your age, but are you going through the menopause. I went to the doctors with the symptoms you mention plus weight gain, and had no thyroid problems at all. I had a long chat with my doctor who said that, unfortunately the menopause can also cause the same symptoms. I have now had two or three negative tests for thyroid problems as my doctor likes to keep on eye on things.
Thyroid problems tend to make the hair thinner as well as dryer.
FP. I will be 57 next month,no hot flushes anymore!!! I had an MOT about 3 years ago which showed up as me being aneamic [sp] I was prescribed Fersaday for that. My hair is certainly dryer now and my skin.Although Im taking an AD which makes one tired this is a different kind of tiredness if that makes sense. One good thing,my hair is still thick. Weight gain? Yes:--(.
