AB Fit Camp 2012 - Fitness For Dummies Like Me

Okay, LDC ... I've got YouTube links for each of the exercises in my tummy routine. It's easier than trying to describe them.
The reason for doing the whole routine is that each of them hits your tum in a slightly different way.
So ... enjoy.
I keep hoping that someone who really knows about fitness things, like velvetee, will come and give us a few tips.
What I would do is make a note of the names of the exercises, and watch the clips if you want to see how to do them. I have a sheet that I take to the gym, and I have a few scribbled drwings on the back for the ones that I keep forgetting how to do.
Oh, one thing about tummy exercises ... DO NOT DO SIT UPS !!!
Sit ups put a lot of tension on your lower back.
The nearest thing you should do to a sit up is a "crunch" (see below). Keeping your legs in the crunch position takes the stress away from your lower back.
The order below is a good order to do them, because it starts with the hard one where form is important (hanging leg raise) and ends with the easy on where you can get away with sloppy form when you're pooped (knee lift).
Okay, clips to follow ...
