I like to go out with my friends,but he dosnt like me going out with my friends, even if I call into a mates houses he's waiting at my home (my mothers home) for me when I get home!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You have options, all people do in the free world, no-one can stop you 'taking your children on holiday', I too have doubts about the legitimacy of your post, but if it is true then my advice stands, money is something which can be obtained to do something important should you need to, clearly getting out of your bad situation isn't one of your priorities, so why bother posting for advice since you seem adamant that you are stuck where you are? None of this makes the smallest amount of sense.
I never said I was in an abusive relationship again you're reading things wrong, It's more of a controlling relationship I'm in. Just because I come on here with this problems doesn't make me an attention seeker, I posted on here because I can be anonymous and get advice from others in similar situations.
...and then ignore that advice with half arsed reasons why you can't be free as you say you wish to be... doesn't make sense. At worst it's trollish and at best it's attention seeking behaviour from someone involved in a situation who loves the attention and drama. IF you are for real and unhappy then there is only one solution- get the hell out of there, you can hardly blame people for doubting you when you seem hell bent on not doing that- and why ARE you both male, are the children all adopted?
