Cremation

A well known Heart surgeon dies and the body is cremated. The entry to the actual cremation chamber is decorated with a picture of a heart. As the coffin enters the chamber the 'heart' opens and then closes again to signify a broken heart repaired. Every one is overwhelmed at the idea of him mending a broken heart and are in tears about it. All that is apart from one man , who is laughing out loud. '' Why are you finding this so funny?'' he is asked
'' Well '' he replies ''I have worked all my life at the same hospital and the same people are going to organize my cremation, but I am a gynecologist !''
