How did you meet your Wife/husband /partner .

Met my husband because I was his landlady's babysitter when he first moved to the area. Still in my school uniform lol.

I met him at college when I was 17 and he was 18.

He is now 41 still together and still happy (well most of the time)

Errrm...he moved round the corner from us (1978...I was 5) and his mum and dad were friends with my mum and dad. Then we went to school together and had been friends ever since. Didn't get together until 2007.

I can't remember but OH said we sat next to each other at a meeting and I asked him of he had a pencil I could borrow. I'm a fidget and I broke the pencil in two and handed him back the two halves with an apology....sounds about right.

met Mr Puss while dancing with a few friends in a disco club.

One Saturday in 1954 I was walking through Boston Lincs.with a friend .We noticed two girls with their noses against the window of a dry cleaners where they worked,so we made funny faces back.That night I saw them both in the Gliderdrome dance hall.I asked her for a dance and we have been together ever since.

I had been going out with this chap for about 6 months and he introduced me to his friend because he said we had the same sense of humour.We did. Have now been married 25 years and the friend still doesn't talk to us.

Met my wife when I was 8 and she was 6. She got her big brother to hit me because I pinched the football she and her friends were playing with.

Met second husband who was my lawyer dealing with my divorce from first husband. lol

I was a porter and she and her mother got out of a taxi and called for a porter to help with the luggage.
Whilst on the platform, her mother went to the kiosk to buy a magazine and in that time I has got her daughters telephone number and called her on her return from holidays.

I married her and I shouldn't have done............

I just wonder how many men, if they had their time again, wouldn't have married the incumbent?

He gatecrashed a family BBQ with a few others, he had a lovely twinkle in his eye, my friend bet me a fiver that I couldn't pull him. She never did give it to me!

first....after he gave my friend some acid and i ended up looking after her while she had a really bad trip (but it was love at first sight!). i bumped into him about a week later and he asked me if i could get him some weed (so i did) and we never left each other after that! we've been together for nearly 21 years now x

He was just one in a group of friends and acquaintances. I met him first at a party when I was with someone else. We kept ending up together after parties, etc, but never actually had a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. We went on holiday on Spain together and got married 6 weeks later. It came as a shock to both of us really. That was now 4 years ago.

And we were both absolutely inebriated when we decided to get married.

Aged 7, when our families moved to a new "housing scheme" (estate to you Sassenachs).
That was 1954, engaged 1965, married 1967, still together.
