Yes shrinkage of the tumour is good news. Abnormal liver function can be a problem, the complexity of which depends upon whether it is due to obstruction of the tumour, direct growth into the liver or metastasis.

Yes.........that would suggest that the tumour is invading the bile duct directly OR that there are malignant lymph glands around the bile duct that is compressing it.

MRI scan should show which is which...................fingers crossed eh!
