My dad had a double lung transplant back in 2003, changed his life. Gave him an extra 4 years that he just wouldn't have had with his family.

I'll never forget the donor or his family and the huge gift they gave Dad and us.

SiL needs kidney and pancreas . She has been on dialysis for a year now , she is so young with a little boy. Thanks for your good wishes, I will pass them onto her.

The latest is that she is still waiting for the 'green light ' still admitted in hospital, this might well be the one . It is a long process so the medic can be as sure as possible this is going to work. Thanks for your thoughts, I have directed her hubby here so he can see the support . Update later. x

IT'S HAPPENING !!! Yeah and I am shouting !! She is in theatre and is going to be all day ( 8 hour op ) so thank you all so very much for all your best wishes, it is still a long road, but at last they can see the light at the end of it. Yippeeee.
