What you can do is adopt some realistic expectations. If you are overweight then start to monitor what you eat and ensure you reduce calorie intake to less that you are burning up. And then it takes as long as it takes. There should be no rush. Rush is pointless.

Other that that, you could fast; water drinking hunger-strikers can last for a month without solid food but it's not advisable, slowly and steadily by reducing your calorie intake is the best method. Other than by surgery, 15lbs in 6 days is an impossibility.
