Well.......not completely sure of my facts, but i think that LazyGun and he is impressed.....by the science of it and the practicality.....can say more than that for it ;0(
I think the only way to diet effectively without messing up your body is to find a sensible low calorie diet that you can accept and stick to for (pretty much) the rest of your life, with maybe a couple of treats days every month and to not concentrate on losing weight too rapidly.
so, for 2 days you eat virtually zilch then stuff your face the rest of the week with anything you like? (i'm not buying a book on how to lose weight in some fanny fad a***ing way' to find that out)
