'new' Option

I use another site that has a 'new' tag at the end of every question. If you click it then it goes direct to any new entries from the threads you were reading ( since i was last on that thread).

This is so convenient when you are trying to catch up with interesting threads rather than clicking through the 'pages' to see where you have got to.

To supplement this there is a menu for 'unread posts' only which shows all the threads that have been updated since I last logged in and..... finally an option to 'mark all unread posts as read'

I think it is a good idea.

i thought that was what the latest posts box was for. Though that is often clogged up with Q & P and looks like a coded message

All standard vBulletin stuff - and very useful ... but unfortunately AB is not standard vBulletin
