It's a bit complicated to explain.

Why is it that I can put my left arm up behind my back and lay it flat, then put my right arm over my head and meet the fingers of my left hand and yet when I try it with my right arm I can get nowhere near?

I have a feeling it's something to do with the muscle at the top of my right arm.

This is a serious question.

Tony....I want to smash large slabs into smaller pieces to set around the ponds. I have a big brick on a slab and I drop another slab from the raised patio onto it. If I centre it just right it breaks quite nicely and I am further away from it than when I use the huge hammer......last time I did that I clobbered my ankle. I have very strong hands and arms so picking up the slab is easier and safer....x

Just had another go without that silly F/glass sleeve thingy on my arm, fingertip contact just!
Oh lord...he's supple too......:-))...x
