Olive Oil For Hair
8 Answers
Have heard olive oil is really good for hair(greying, thin, falling, flyaway)so can i use it lazily by dropping a few bits and combing it thru,or do i have to be detailed and warm it up and use as shampoo?

thanks for link ladybirder. Will probably buy this as I have flaky nails and I have a daughter with thin hair. Tali, there would be no point dropping bits of oil on your hair. You can use as a treatment as already mentioned and then rinse out. Big bits of oil on your hair would look awful! For greying I recommend zinc. I eat a lot of foods that have zinc in (and probably good genetics) so am 99.9% still my natural colour. It has been found in trials to reverse greying. As for flyaway not sure of the solution.
