Just done it again putting 12+ for alcoholic drinks ( probably 28 to 30 really but there is no option to put that) and it has dropped to +14
So I'm 6 years younger.
Some of the questions are daft , for example I never eat sweets as such but a lot of food has added sugar and its hard to avoid white flour. Also the excercise / activity ones I walk the dog for a hour or 2 every day but I never 'excercise' does dog walking count as excercise? if so I can probably knock another year or so off.

I think you can definitely call dog walking exercise. The author of the test suggests walking as a daily exercise.

Sadly, this is the kind of survey that could upset a vulnerable person. There's no evidence that taking vitamin supplements has any greater effect than painting the back door green. Ditto with water consumption in 'glasses of water' not counting the water content of other food and drinks. The choices of response are directed toward forcing you into a description that may not be accurate. For me. the 'something to think about' is the design of useful electronic surveys, and the ultimate purpose to which the information is put.
