felix has been vanquished and in good time too, he was a big bastard. now i just have to slow myself down somehow, its not easy as i feel pretty much ok!

which is weird i know, i think all that training beforehand really helped. but i need to sit for a week at least. im not doing so well at that....

well, im delighted felix has gone to fibroid heaven............did you have ' keyhole surgery'' your body will tell you what you can and cant do, no rush though. enjoy the sun and the rest.

no, felix was to big for keyhold, vertical incision, got a huge scar

Good luck fluffy, one of my colleagues 'was done' some while ago & her comments were " oh well I've been filleted now" so look forward to being filleted.
