maybe think about asking for some support when you wish to try to stop again ?
You've had a drink. Never mind you dont see the point!! When you're sober & ready to try again, do it for 'you' & anyone who cares deeply for you. I might hate my brother at times, but I still care.
yep . It killed my stepfather at 62 a mate at 39 and another at the tender age of 32.
Now don't get me wrong Ilove a pint but my days of excess are over . I went through a phase of several pints and 2 bottles of red every day for six months. I lost 2 stone and looked awful and then one day a perfect stranger came up to me and told me Ilooked really ill.That turned me round immediately.I often wonder why my parents never challenged me?

Over the years I've know a few people with drinking problems,some of them managed to break the hold alcohol had on them but sadly most ended up in an early grave.

second night,,,,,,,,,,,well done. are you taking any medication to help with detoxing, are you likely to get withdrawal symptoms ?
