I don't think anyone can help me figure this out, right now at least, but I'm really confused about it. I have a friend who feels the same so I was wondering if there was anything we could hear to make us feel less worries and confused. I'm doing this for him more than myself.
Daisy, from your other thread, you're only 14 - it's not unusual to be confused about all sorts of things at your age. In days gone by, it would be quite normal for a girl your age to have a crush on an older girl - to think they were great, try to be friends and imitate them - that's not a sexual, it's just growing up.
This friend you mention - is this the real friend, or the one in your head...?
thanks, jeffa. My advice remains the same. You're not required to do anything about your sexuality when you're 14, so just relax and see how it turns out.
Just bide your time, then, both of you - you don't have to do anything. You're too young to have legal sex, you don't need to make any decisions yet. You'll know when the time comes. :-)

Sex isn't obligatory anyway, for a lot of teens it is an element in social one-upmanship, like having the latest fashions, music, phone etc. It will sort itself out when your body has sorted itself out, it isn't a problem.
