Having experienced Raynaud's for a number of years, (my experience seems to be limited to hands only) I was surprised that the link also references a study involving
l'arginine which I've used in gel form for about 6 months and found it seemed to help. However, I'll try it for a while longer before opting out... just in case. My experience seems to be limited to hands only...
