this man needs help with everything and between the next day or so his girlfriend and I will go down and try to make this comfortable for him as he is chasing his sons away (through independence) Well, I ' take so much from him and then I will crack and try and get through him whether he likes it or no.

Have down he needs a lamp (have suitable one for him)
Sanitiszer - have those too
Gloves for myself and girlfriend
fresh towels and face cloths
and try and get some antibacterial soap or some gentle soap
What kind of cream for his sores.
His nails are unbelievable - I will make a arrangement for the chiropodist - he is diabetic.
My god if he was all clean and fresh he would feel better.
Any what creams for the sores. I* know he is in so much pain but refuses to complain.

Speak to a pharmacist about the problem, stressing that your brother is diabetic. He might offer a suitable antiseptic cream but he's probably more likely to suggest hydrocolloid dressings. (Pharmacists are an excellent source of advice and, because they're usually bored rigid by simply dispensing prescriptions all day long, often jump at the chance at putting their extensive training to proper use by providing one-to-one advice).
